The combo - Yoga + Nutrition - 90 min
Support your overall wellbeing during the pre- or postnatal period with yoga and nutrition (45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of nutrition support). At home services provided.

Private Yoga - 60 min
Classes are designed to help you alleviate aches and pains, improve sleep, reduce stress, build strength and prepare for childbirth. Sessions can be more restorative or physically challenging depending on your needs and wants. At home services provided.

Initial Nutrition Consult - 60 min
In our first session together we will take a deep dive into your relevant dieting and medical history, relationship with food, and start to explore your nutrition goals. You’ll learn more about my approach and what working together will look like, and we’ll set a preliminary plan. Together we’ll identify where changes can be made to help you meet your goals as an expecting and new mother. Available in person and virtual. ​

Follow up Nutrition -45 min
Follow-up appointments are a chance to reflect on your progress towards short-term goals and any barriers to achieving those goals. We will figure out what is working well and troubleshoot any challenges that come up. Learn how to manage common pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue and food aversions. Get guidance on how to heal and replenish your body after birth. Virtual sessions provided.
